Kings Crossing landing page and billboard — features that stand apart

Websites that have a job to do

We're transforming brands through exceptional digitalism — but the point of a website isn't to look like the agency's portfolio. It's to do a job for your business. For Niche Developments that job was selling a condo project: targeted landing pages, floor plans, a slide gallery, viewing requests and live sales chat, wired into a funnel — and a $28-million sell-out. For honeycomb fit it was launching Mark Messier's online home of health and wellness from a pre-designed logo to a live site, YouTube channel and social presence.

Every Magnetic site is designed and built by the same team that shapes the brand and the story, so the design system, the copy, the imagery and the funnel all pull in one direction. Fast, responsive, accessible, search-ready — and built so your team can update it without calling us.

//What we design and build

Toronto + Edmonton

Brand and marketing websites

Custom-designed, hand-built sites for companies who've outgrown templates. Motion, typography and imagery that feel like the brand — not a theme.

Landing pages + funnels

Campaign and product pages engineered to convert: clear offer, one action, tracking and follow-up. Kings Crossing's pages carried a $28M sell-out.

E-commerce

Storefronts and product experiences — packaging, photography and copy included when you need the whole thing to launch together.

Content systems

A CMS your team will actually use, with the design system enforced so the site still looks right in year three.

Performance + search

Fast pages, clean structure, schema and metadata, analytics wired from day one — the technical foundation search engines (and AI search) reward.

Launch + care

Hosting setup, redirects, monitoring and ongoing updates — billed by the project or in 30-minute increments as you need them.

B

//How a web project runs

Four phases

Discovery

Phase 01

What the site has to achieve, for whom, and how we'll measure it. Content inventory, sitemap, priorities.

Content build

Phase 02

Copy written or curated, imagery sourced (stock only purchased once approved) or shot with the right photographer.

Design + build

Phase 03

Design system and key pages, then the build. First draft, revisions by email, sign-off in writing.

Launch + monitor

Phase 04

Redirects, analytics, search console, performance checks — then we watch the numbers with you.

Good to know

It depends on the job. We quote websites as projects — discovery, content, design, build, launch — with milestones and cost fixed up front. Landing pages and smaller updates are billed hourly in 30-minute increments. Tell us what the site has to achieve and we'll scope it honestly.

Whichever serves the goal. We've shipped custom-coded static sites (fast, secure, no plugins to babysit), WordPress for content-heavy teams, and commerce platforms for retail. The design is bespoke either way.

Yes — clean structure, fast pages, titles, descriptions, schema, sitemap and analytics are part of every build, not an add-on. If you want ongoing SEO or AI-search work after launch, that's a separate, scoped engagement.

Yes. Copywriting is quoted in your proposal when you want us to handle it; stock imagery is sourced from Getty, iStock and Shutterstock and only purchased once you approve it; custom photography is matched to a photographer from our referral network.

A landing page can be live in two to three weeks; a full brand site typically runs eight to fourteen weeks depending on content and review speed. Our email-based review process exists to keep that moving.

Yes. Toronto is our primary market with a second studio in Edmonton, and we've launched sites for clients in New York, Calgary and across Canada. Reviews happen in person where we can and on video everywhere else.

Let's create
something together.
